This is a set of two 90 minute private sessions on Zoom that provide information and practice for the basics of Jin Shin Self Help, including the philosophy, the tools, and the foundation flows: the Fingers and the “First Three” (Main Center, Supervisors, Mediators). In addition, you receive customized suggestions for self help flows that address your individual needs.

Jin Shin Self Help for the 12 Organ Flows
This is an 8 week course on Zoom that provides information and practice for harmonizing the 12 organ function pathways: liver, gall bladder, lung, large intestine, spleen, stomach, heart, small intestine, kidney, bladder, umbilicus and diaphragm. Jin Shin Self help for these pathways addresses physical projects like cancer, diabetes, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, headache, backache, heart palpitations, arthritis, digestive discomfort and much more, including overall immune function. At the same time these flow patterns ease mental and emotional challenges like stress, anxiety, anger, and depression, empowering you to manage your own body, mind, spirit. No experience necessary.
